Casting directors find talent for roles in film, television, theatre, and commercial work. They negotiate terms, manage a casting budget, and coordinate and hold auditions. Casting directors play an essential role in entertainment, including television shows, films, commercials, theatre, and videos. They work to find the best talent for every part while staying within the casting budget. They typically don't make the final decision on who's cast (that falls to the director and producers), but they provide a shortlist of candidates for consideration.

We specialise in creative casting, whether that’s thinking outside the box in terms of looks, gender or ethnicity, or just redefining what it means to be a casting director. We don’t like rules.

No, each job is completely cast from scratch and we do not keep people on an agency basis.

As a former performer, Aisling understands the struggles and uncertainty of being a working actor and can offer constructive advice and tips. In 2024 she launched Actors Anonymous, a limited ticketed casting workshop for all performers.

Additionally Aisling offers more personalised help through select in person or online 1-1 sessions, to discuss where you could improve and strengthen, and get answers to any burning questions.
